		Why can't I order on line? Please note that we do not have an on line ordering system. As you will be aware if you have used them on other sites, they only work if the stuff you are ordering is in stock and the supplier does not need to ask any questions to ensure you get the correct product. As most of ours are specialist products we would rather talk to you via the phone or e-mail to check all is correct. Once we know exactly what parts you need and we have discussed any special fitting instructions with you we can take your order by phone using credit or debit cards. If you prefer, please e-mail your enquiry and we will answer as soon as possible. We have a number of other payment options if you prefer not to use your card.
		How long will it take for my parts to arrive? When you phone through your order and speak with us we will be able to tell you if all the parts you require are in stock. Provided they are in stock. Orders taken before 4pm Wednesday are posted Thursday morning for delivery to you on Friday. Orders taken before 4pm Saturday are posted Monday morning for delivery to you on Tuesday. * Sorry, this does not include NI, Scottish Highlands or off shore Islands as defined by APC, but we will quote the best price possible when you order. 		Getting to F2 Motorcycles Ltd by road. From Junction 11 of the M40, take the A422 (dual-carriageway) towards Brackley. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (still A422). You will pass under a bridge, and at the brow of the hill see a sign for BURGESS FARM on your right. Take this turning, go past the flower shop and into the yard and you will find Unit 6 on your left.
		Getting to F2 Motorcycles Ltd by bus. The number 500 bus runs from Banbury bus terminal every 30 minutes. It comes into the village from Chacombe and you need to get off at the final stop in Middleton Cheney. The bus then carries on and joins the A422 toward Brackley. Walk in the same direction as the bus goes and turn left at the T-Junction. Walk about 500 yards on the footpath next to the A422 and then cross the road at Burgess Farm.
		Camping behind F2 Motorcycles Ltd. The camp site behind F2 Motorcycles Ltd is open all year, rates per night are £3.00 for a tent with one person and £5.00 for a tent with two people. There is a pub with food five minutes walk away and the site has a shower and loo. To book the camp site please phone 01295 711288.
		Postal Charges - £5.00 any order of any value in the UK* Flat charge of £5.00 applies to all UK orders. Orders will generally be sent by APC and will need a signature on delivery. All deliveries are tracked and insured. Orders taken before 4pm Wednesday are posted Thursday morning for delivery to you on Friday. Orders taken before 4pm Saturday are posted Monday morning for delivery to you on Tuesday. 		Ordering from outside the UK. We can supply smaller parts up to 2 kg per parcel to destinations outside of the UK via Royal Mail's International Signed For service. We can also deliver larger parts using commercial courier companies, but this can be expensive. As a very rough guide, if the parcel is small, of low value and about 2 kg in weight, the shipping will be £15.00 within Europe and £25.00 for the rest of the world. All prices on this site include UK VAT at 17.5%, but this tax does not apply to orders placed outside the European Union. If you are outside the EU, we will deduct UK VAT (17.5%) from the price of your parts. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please e-mail us with a list of the parts you would like and your address so we can quote you a total price for your order including shipping.
