We are always on the hunt for hard to find Ural
bike spares, and if we really can't find them, or when the original part can be improved, we develop and make our own alternative. We hold £1000s of spare parts for Urals and can not list them all, so if you need a specific part please contact us. Ural spares are fairly easy to find and we hold a stock of most spares. Generally the earlier the spare, the harder it is to find. Please note - we do not deal in used parts, or broken parts. If we can't get it in unused new condition, we don't sell it. |

Timing Gear Overhaul Kit. For Urals 650 and 750
OHV engines only, not Dneprs. Kit contains a matched pair of timing
gears (crank and cam) and front cover gasket, alternator gear, tab washers,
and full instructions. You will need a couple of pullers to do this
job. The 650 set fits M67 onwards. We can also supply a set for the
early 6 volt M63 and M66 bikes but we will not include the alternator
gear.

European Timing Gear Overhaul Kit. These
are fitted as standard to New Ural 750 motorcycles from 2007 onwards.
They can be fitted to earlier 750cc OHV engines upgrade kit. Kit contains
European timing gear, European alternator gear, tab washer. You will
need to remove the cam shaft to fit this kit. Only buy this if you have
good mechanical skills as they do not come with instructions. Price £200.00 |

Ural M62, M63, M66, M67 Pistons Rings. Piston ring
set to fit most OHV Urals made from 1968 to 1997 with the four ring
pistons. Fairly hard to find these days. Standard or oversize. One
set contains enough rings for both pistons. |

European Rings. European made high quality piston rings
for older Ural engines. These fit all Urals from 1968 to 1997. The oil
ring is made in three parts and will stop oil consumption in most cases
with out increasing the wear on the barrel. They only fit the four ring
pistons. Price per three part oil control ring 78 and 78.5 mm £14.00 |

Ural 650cc Barrels and Pistons. Now
that Ural are producing the 750cc engine only it has become hard to
get the older 650cc iron barrels. We have just taken delivery of some
ex soviet stock still packed in grease as you can see from the picture.
We can now supply them in pairs of two barrels, two flat top pistons
and a set of rings. The kit comes complete with gaskets. The barrels
are just as they left the factory so they are not honed, gaped or matched.
We also supply the same kit honed, gaped and matched, plus degrease
and resprayed ready to fit. |

Oil Filters. Urals made in the 1970s
known as the M66 have the filters fitted with the hole facing up and
a light spring under them. A felt seal sits on the top of the filter
and should be replaced with every third filter change. |

Ural 650 Gasket set. We no longer supply complete gasket sets for russian bikes as the quality of some of the parts were not up to our standard. We do supply individual gaskets and seals of a higher quality for most of the bike.

Ural 750 Top End Set. Kit has base, head and rocker
box gaskets plus push rod seals. Enough to do both sides. These are all
high quality Russian export market original parts. Price is £60.00 |

Modern Ural 650 Pistons. These pistons will fit Ural
650cc bikes known as Cossack M63, M66, M67, Neval Soviet and Soviet Knight.
They will not fit any Dneprs. Much better piston ring system than the
original 1970's type, higher compression gives a useful increase in power
without being silly and wrecking the engine. Kit includes two pistons,
two base gaskets, two head gaskets. It does not include gudgeon pins as
it is generally better to use the ones you have if they are the correct
fit in the small end bush. Price per pair with gaskets £250.00 |

Ural M67, North/Redstar Valve sets. Complete set of
valves for all 650cc Ural engines built from 1982 to 2000. These will
not fit the M63 or M66. They will also not fit any Dnepr motorcycle. As
with all parts if you are not certain exactly which engine you have we
can help. Price per set of 4 valves £80.00 |

Deep sump kit for Ural. This sump is standard on all
Urals from the Mid 80's onwards. If you are still running with the old
flat steel plate this will make a big difference. Cast aluminium with
cooling fins, holds approximately 0.75 litres more than steel plate. Complete
kit includes - magnetic sump plug, stainless bolts and a new gasket. Please
do not confuse this with similar items offered by other dealers that do
not have cooling fins. Price for deep sump kit (standard on mid 80's onwards Ural) £80.00 |
