Original K65 Carburetors. Most Ural
and Dnepr 650cc motorcycles from 1981 right through to the late 1990's
were fitted with these as standard. If you have them fitted and are
having trouble with carburation it may just be that your original ones
are worn or damaged. We don't pretend they are brilliant, but they do
fit and as long as they are set up well and balanced properly work perfectly
OK. This is not a conversion kit and does not include cables, instructions
etc. You do get two carburetors and a set of gaskets. They fit 650cc
Urals from M67 onwards. £120.00 a pair |

K63/K65 complete overhaul kit. Complete
carb kit including carb top, the emulsion tube and jet holder, and complete
choke plunger. So many people give up with these carburetors and fit
something else when really all they need is a really good clean and
setting up properly. Often the emulsion tube is completely block on
bikes that have been standing with old fuel in them. This kit could
save them.

All Rubber Keihin Mounts. We do not
sell the original Russian mounts as they seem to fall apart quickly.
These mounts last a lot longer than the original Russian ones, Fit all
750cc Urals originally fitted with the Keihin CV carburetors with stud
centres of 57mm. Our ones have an enclosed steel insert so they are
rigid enough to support the carburetor. Please note there where a few
early 750 OHV Urals with stud centres of 52 to 54 mm. We have a few
customers who have managed to file the mounting holes oval to fit these
bikes. Price per pair £60.00 |

Ural 750 Carb Rubbers. These where
fitted to Ural 750 OHV bikes with a 57 mm stud centres for a few years.
They are no longer made so we can not supply the complete mount. We
have managed to get some replacement rubber tubes. If your mounts look
exactly like these our rubber tubes will fit. There are some similar
ones around where the rubber does not pass through the metal so check
yours out before ordering. |

K301/K302 Pattern Carburetors. Early
Ural Motorcycles including M72 and M63/M66 used a simply dreadful carburetor
know as the K301. Almost any other carburetor would be an improvement.
These pattern carburetors have the advantage of bolting straight on
and looking almost the same as the originals. They have round slides
instead of the original two part flat plate and they work much better
than K301s. We supply them as a pair with gaskets. You may find your
original throttle cable fits or you may need to make up new cables depending
on which throttle you have on your bike. |

Throttle Cable kit. The older cables
are not made any more. The length of the inner has also changes between
models so it is almost impossible to supply the correct cables by post.
I've lost count of the times people have told me they have bought cables
from other dealers and the don't fit. So rather than pretend all the
cables are the same we supply a long length of outer, with some inner
and all the nipples and end ferrels so you can make them at home. You
will need to be able to solder and you will need some good quality sharp

Extra Thick K65 gasket. Gasket between
head and carburetor for K65 only. The standard gaskets coming from Russia
are now less than 2 mm thick. These are made as exact copies of the
original gasket designed by the factory in the first place. They are
4.10mm thick and compress to 4.00 mm in use. This helps to stop heat
transfer from the head to the carburetor. Price per pair £5.00 |

| Ural 650 Jikov Mounts. For a very short time Ural 650cc
motorcycles were fitted with a Jikov Carburetor made in the Czech Republic.
The mounts are no longer available through the factory, but we have managed
to get a small quantity manufactured as a pattern part. These will fit
Ural 650cc cylinder heads with stud centre spacing of 51 to 52 mm. Some
of the 650 heads were made with stud spacing up to 54 mm. If this is the
case these mounts can be carefully filed to fit. Price per pair £40.00 |

Ural Electric Start Air Filter. These filter boxes
were fitted to the very first few deliveries of 650 electric start bikes.
We can no longer get the steel box but we have managed to get a few filter
elements to go in them. The filter is a large diameter pleated paper open
tube with soft rubber ends that has to be squashed into an oval shape
to fit. Price per filter element only £10.00 |
