Sidecar fittings, mostly for
Velorex UK, but may fit others.

F2 Motorcycles Ltd are to sole UK importer
for Velorex UK sidecars.
Velorex UK fittings are all designed to use threaded adjustments.
We feel this offers a stronger and more accurate fitting system.
Some customers have used Velorex UK fittings to fit other makes
of sidecar.
Please note the black painted parts usually have small marks or
paint chips from transport and storage.
General finish is not for show, these are working parts.
If you need show finish parts please budget for repainting or
polishing.

| Frame Mounting Balls. If
you are trying to fit a Russian sidecar to a different bike
these will help you. The two lower mounts on a Russian sidecars
have clamps that fit over balls welded to the original Russian
motorcycle. These balls are exactly the same size as the
welded ones from the original bike but they are designed
to be bolted on and have a 12 mm thread at one end and step
up in diameter in stages. Overall length is 105 mm. There
will still be a lot of work to do before the Ural sidecar
is fitted to your bike, but these are the hardest bit to

| Universal Sidecar Clamp. The
unique clamp design adjusts to fit any tube from 25mm
to 32mm diameter. Eyelet hole is 12 mm. This can be supplied
as pictured or with an additional bolt and castle nut
to fit the 12mm hole. |

| Bolt and Nyloc Nut. Will
fit SC/3, SC/5, SC/6, SC/7, SC/8, and SC/9. 12mm diameter
bolt supplied with nyloc nut, easier to use than the older
type castle nut and split pin. However we have heard of
one MOT station who failed a bike as they felt that all
the nuts should have split pins. |

27mm adjuster nut. Will
fit SC/5A and SC/6A. Useful if you need to make a special
fitting. Also can be used with SC/3 to create a one off
clamp. Start with SC/3 and remove the black saddle part,
then weld the silver coloured eyebolt block to some thick
steel. This nut can then be used as the locking nut for
the eyebolt when it is screwed into the block.

| Swan neck - complete. The
plain end fits in the front of the chassis of the Velorex
UK to form the strong front lower mount. A second one
can be used with the heavy duty sliding mount to create
a strong rear lower mount. Fork end will fit SC/3, SC/7

| Sliding Mount - lightweight.
Fits to the frame of the Velorex UK sidecar. Supplied
with or without the M12 bolt and castle nut. Only suitable
for fitting sidecars to very lightweight bikes or as an
additional fitting when using 5 points. Velorex UK chassis
is 35mm diameter. |

| Sliding Mount - heavy duty.
Fits to the frame of the Velorex UK sidecar or any other
35mm diameter frame. This is the mount will take the Velorex
UK swan neck, part SC/1. This allows a much more rigid
rear attachment point compared to the lightweight sliding
