The very first time you send us an e-mail it will be bounced back
to you with a link,
which you need to click on, and then follow the simple instructions
to verify your e-mail address.
If you are a machine rather than a person you will not be able
to do this.
Sorry for the inconvenience but it seems the only way to avoid
getting hundreds of spam e-mails.
You will only have to do this once. Any further e-mails you send
will come straight to us. |

| Why
can't I order on line? Please note that we do not
have an on line ordering system. As you will be aware if
you have used them on other sites, they only work if the
stuff you are ordering is in stock and the supplier does
not need to ask any questions to ensure you get the correct
product. As we sell specialist products we would rather
talk to you via the phone or e-mail to check all is correct.
Once we know exactly what parts you need and we have discussed
any special fitting instructions with you we can take your
order by phone using credit or debit cards. |

| How long will it take
for my parts to arrive? When you phone through
your order and speak with us we will be able to tell you
if all the parts you require are in stock. Provided they
are in stock, orders placed before 4 pm on Wednesday will
be sent Thursday morning. Orders placed before 4 pm on
Saturday will be sent Monday morning. Any order can be
sent first class for a small additional fee. This applies
to UK deliveries only. |

How do I e-mail an enquiry?
You can send us an enquiry by e-mail and we will
answer it with in two days. Please read the spam arrest
information at the top of this page. You will need to verify
your e-mail address the first time you send us an e-mail.

Postal Charges - £6.00 any order
of any value in the UK*
Flat charge of £6.00 applies to all UK orders*.
Orders will generally be sent by APC and will need a signature
on delivery.
All deliveries are tracked and insured.
* Sorry, this does not include NI, Scottish Highlands or
off shore Islands as defined by APC, but we will quote the
best price possible when you order. Weight limit is 20 KG. |

Delivery Times -
Royal Mail have proved less than reliable in the past
so we now use APC as much as possible.
Orders taken before 4pm Wednesday are sent
Thursday morning for delivery to you on Friday.
Orders taken before 4pm Saturday are sent Monday morning
for delivery to you on Tuesday.

Ordering from outside
the UK.
All parcels are sent insured and signed for. This the
safest way to deliver items.
EU member states up to 1 kg £15.00
EU member states 1 kg to 2 kg £20.00
Non EU countries up to 1 kg £20.00
Non EU countries 1 kg to 2 kg £30.00
Parcels over 2 kg can also be shipped.
Please ask for a quote.

| Exports and VAT. All
prices on this site include UK VAT at 20%, but this tax
does not apply to orders placed outside the European Union.
If you are outside the EU, we will deduct UK VAT (20%)
from the price of your parts. We can confirm exact price
including shipping by e-mail. |
