Although we are great fans of all Russian bikes it has to be said that over years some of the parts either through design or quality control have not been up to a very high standard. David has been riding and dealing with these bikes for over half his life and has developed many tried and tested upgrades. All our upgrades actually work. Others may try to copy us, but we constantly stay ahead. |

MT9, MT11 Deep Sump. This is cast
aluminium from the former Soviet Union. The bad news is that the surface
finish is not great and occasionally there are casting repairs. The
good news is that the sump holds a little more oil, and as it has fins,
the surface area for cooling is much greater than the original steel
plate. Approximately 60mm deep and supplied with a new gasket, stainless
bolts, and a new sump plug. Price £50.00 |

Dnepr Special Oil Control Rings.
These fit all Dnepr OHV engines from MT9 to MT11. The oil ring is made in three parts and will stop oil consumption in most cases with out increasing the wear on the barrel. They only fit the four ring pistons. Price per three part oil control ring 78 and 78.5 mm £14.00 |

F2 Modified Russian Electronic Ignition.
These units where never fitted by Dnepr as original equipment, but they
have proved extremely reliable except when the rotor works loose. We
modify every set to stop this happening and supply the complete kit
with a new ignition coil and simple but full instructions. These units
will fit all 650cc Dnepr bikes except the very early 6 volt ones or
the models which originally had manual advance and retard levers. An
excellent alternative to the "mixing bowl of doom" original
advance retard unit. We have many happy customers who have transformed
the running of their Dneprs with this kit. Note, the coil supplied is
free, it is also not very good. If you have a good coil slready, please
use this with our electronic ignition. We also sell much better coils
if you prefer. |

Ignition Booster For Points. If
you have points the reason they need adjusting and resetting so often
is because they are carrying lots of current which causes them to burn
and erode the electrodes. This clever box takes the load off the points
so they are only carrying milliamps. You will get better starting, cleaner
fuel burning and you will not have to set your points again for thousands
of miles. The unit even has a red light on it, so setting the points is
very, very quick. Very simple to fit and comes with full instructions.
Even works on 6 volt as well as 12 volt, but it must be negative earth

Points Fired 12 Volt Coil Upgrade. Size of coil 55mm
diameter by 110mm length plus 40mm for cable connection. Mounting bracket
hole centres are 145mm apart. Comes with leads. We mount these on the vertical frame above the swing arm mount using cable ties and rubber (supplied). This coil gives a strong and reliable spark when used with points ignition. Price £40.00 |

Taper Roller Steering Head Bearings. Fits all Dneprs,
very good modification and still one of our best selling products, improves
the steering considerably. You can usually re-use your original top and
bottom dust caps if you are careful, but we also supply a kit which includes

F2 Produced Dnepr Carb Mounts. We have had these mounts
made to our design and they work well. They even have take off spigots
so you can use a proper vacuum gauge and fit a small bore balance pipe
permanently. The mounts are not handed L or R. M8 x 1.25 pitch stud spacing adjustable from 52mm to 60mm measured at centres. Will fit most carburetors including Mikuni and Jikov with a mounting stub of 32mm to 35mm outside diameter. Rollover image to see more. Touring Screen For Dnepr. High
quality British screen with loads of fittings. Will fit most bikes with
22mm or 25mm handlebars and bolts holding the light on. Large range of
adjustment allows you to get the perfect angle and fit. Very well made
with edging strip. Shown here fitted to our Ural with Velorex sidecar
but will also fit, Dnepr, Ural, all models. Comes with all fittings, so

Spare Wheel Cover. Made to measure pvc spare wheel
cover. There is no central hole so if you wish to use this with the rack
that fits over the spare wheel you will need to cut a hole in the centre
and seal it with a little glue to stop it fraying. Price £25.00 |
