Spare parts for KMZ Dnepr/Dnieper K650, K750, MT9,
MT10/36, MT11, MT16. We are always on the hunt for hard to find Dnepr bike spares, but if we really can't find them or when the original part can be improved, we develop and make our own alternative. Dnepr spares are now very hard to get. Generally the earlier the spare, the harder it is to find. We have a reasonable supply of new spares with a short wait and are gradually building up a stock of good unused Dnepr service parts, to try and cut down this lead-time.. Please note - we do not deal in used parts, or broken parts. If we can't get it in unused new condition, we don't sell it. |

Gasket For 650cc Dnepr. Sorry we
can no longer supply complete gasket sets for the Dnepr range of motorcycles.
However we do now have individual gaskets and seals for most of the
bike to a higher quality than the complete sets. |

Dnepr MT11 Valves. Complete set of Dnepr MT11 valves.
Two inlet and two exhaust. Please note that these are genuine Dnepr
spares and will fit the MT11 exactly. There are some traders who don't
seem to know they are different to Ural valves. Ural valves do not
fit Dnepr engines. Buy 4 valves and 4 caps for £45.00 |

Dnepr Barrel Studs With Nuts. Full
set of 8 barrel studs with 8 Dnepr special fine thread long nuts. Enough to replace all the studding on one engine. Price for eight is £30.00 We also supply these in sets of 4 as pictured here. Price for four is £20.00 |

Dnepr MT11 Pistons & Ring Set.
These are genuine factory pistons, we try to keep at least a couple
of pairs in stock but please be prepared for a short wait some of the
time. 78mm is standard and we also have first oversize. As the exact
measurement of the oversize piston is not consistent or exact, please
buy the pistons before you have the barrel over-bored. The company doing
the boring should then match your barrel to your new pistons. As a guide,
only standard is about 77.95 mm, and over-size is 78.15 mm and 78.45
mm. The rings will need to be gapped correctly. |

Standard Russian Piston Ring Sets. To
fit most Dneprs, K750 right through to MT11 made from 1968 to 1997 with
the four ring pistons. Fairly hard to find these days and we have not
found a western alternative. Standard or oversize. One set contains
enough rings for both pistons. Standard = up to 78mm, oversize = up
to 78.20mm. This kit uses the standard Russian one piece oil scraper
rings. Many western Dnepr motorcycles use a combination of these and
a 2 or 3 part oil scraper. These can be found on the Dnepr upgrade pages. Price per set £20.00 |

Dnepr Exhaust Screw Flange. These
are sometimes split or damaged on older bikes when corrosion gets into
the threads. They are a soft alloy so if you are having trouble removing
your old ones, don't just keep applying more pressure. Soak them in
a good release agent such as plus gas for several nights first, then
use a little local heat from a blow lamp before trying to get them off.
We advise using plenty of copper grease when fitting the new ones. Price per pair £16.00 |

Dnepr Exhaust Front Pipes. These have been near impossible
to get for a few years now. We have a semi-reliable source, so we try to hold a few pairs in stock but be prepared for a short wait if we are out of stock when you phone. They are original USSR quality so expect the chrome to be less perfect. In fact a lot less than perfect. Price per pair £60.00 |

Exhaust 2-into-1 Converter. Connects the right hand
down pipe to the left hand silencer where the balance pipe normally enters
the silencer. This will only fit if you have the standard Dnepr 2-into-2
system already on your bike with a balance pipe between the two silencers
mid way down the bike. The bracket locates on the rear lower engine mount.
Supplied complete with the two screw flanges you see in the picture. Price £30.00 |

Exhaust 2-into-1 System. 2 into 1 converter and a new
silencer to go with it. The silencers are new (old stock). They are original
USSR quality with a few dents and scratches. Supplied complete with all
three screw flanges. You will need to use one of your original silencer
hangers. If you don't have one we can supply a used one with this system
for £3.00 extra. We do not sell the hangers separately. Price £90.00 |
