and 750cc 4-stroke motorbike
known in the UK as Dnepr, Dnepier, Ural, Cossack, and Neval.
This page lists just a few of the wheel parts and our range
of tyres.

| Tyre - 19 inch solo and combo.
Made in Europe. The older Ural solo bikes M63 and M66 (and
all Dnepr solo bikes) have 19 inch wheels. The gearing will
be reduced if you fit modern 100/90 x 19 tyres. These are
genuine 4.00 x 19 and suitable for all Dneprs and any Ural
fitted with 19 inch wheels. Great on solos and pretty good
on combinations. |

| Tyre - European Block Tread Road.
Good quality but affordable block tread tyre for
use on all Russian motorcycles fitted with sidecars. Can
be used on the front, rear and sidecar. They grip well but
do not last as long as the European knobbly tyre. Standard
size 4.00 x 19. Made in the Czech Republic. |

| Tyre - European Knobbly. Street
legal knobbly tyre for all Urals fitted with a sidecar.
Looks just right on the Ural Dalesman or Dalesman Gear-up
model. Good tread pattern for mild off road, but still
legal on the road. Lasts longer and grips tarmac better
than the Russian extreme knobbly tyre. Made in Germany. |

| Tyre - Tubes and Rim Tape.
Heavy duty 19 - 4.00 tubes and extra wide rim tapes in stock.
Sold as a set, 1 x tube + 1 x rim tape. The
original Ural tubes have very wide valve stems, We supply
all our new tubes with a rubber spacer so they fit the Ural/Dnepr
valve hole. The rim tapes are much wider then the originals
and actually cover the spokes. |

| Tyre - Ural Knobbly. Standard
Russian knobbly tyre as fitted to European Dalesman Gear-Up
rear and sidecar from 1998. Standard size 4.20 x 19. These
are EU approved for road use on type approved Urals, but
we find when fitted to the rear tyre they give a slightly
floaty feel as the bike walks around on the large knobbles.
The K37 European knobbly gives a much more secure feeling
to the bike and it costs less and it's still EU approved
for road use on a Ural. |

Spokes - Dnepr MT11. Dnepr
MT11 have the alloy wheel centre with spokes that are all
the same size. These are known to break where they bend
at the end to go through the flange on the wheel hub. We
have managed to find a few, and sell them in sets of four
complete with nipples.

Spokes -Old Style Wheel. Older
Dneprs and Urals including the MT9, M63 and M66 from the
1970's had pressed steel brake hubs. These old style wheel
hubs are often referred to bottle-top hubs as they sort
of resemble large bottle-tops. We sell the spokes in sets
of four with nipples so that you can repair your old wheels.

Brake Adjuster Set - Dnepr.
These tend to rust and get stuck on bikes that have been
standing for some time. Very gentle local heat is sometimes
needed to remove the old ones. When you buy the replacements
please use plenty of copper slip on the threads to avoid
them jamming again. Kit includes two adjuster mushrooms
and one threaded adjuster cone.

Brakes - Dnepr Relined Shoes.
These are relined using a bonded UK lining.
They give much better braking at all speeds. These shoes
may take a little time to bed in when they are first
fitted.

| Brake Plate - Ural 2LS. Early
Urals had single leading front brake plates, this easy to
fit kit upgrades them to twin leading shoe, comes complete
with our heavy duty cable. Much improved braking. |

Spare Wheel Cover.Made to
measure pvc spare wheel cover. There is no central hole
so if you wish to use this with the rack that fits over
the spare wheel you will need to cut a hole in the centre
and seal it with a little glue to stop it fraying.

Hub Cap - Ural. There
are two types. The first is a simple black plastic cover
with Ural logo in the centre. The second type is chromed
steel and comes with rubber mounting ring which slips over
the original bearing cover as shown in the picture

Pressure Monitors. These
clever tyre valve caps monitor the tyre pressure. Shows
green when all is OK, shows yellow when the tyres need checking
and shows red if the pressure drops enough to need immediate
attention.
